Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1⁄2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1⁄2 tsp sea salt
Serves 4
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. On a baking sheet, lay asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle oil over the asparagus. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Using your hands, toss the asparagus for a few seconds; making sure they are evenly coated.
- Place on middle rack in preheated oven; cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
*tip- Have some crusty bread? Use it to scoop up the leftover oil on the bottom of the baking sheet. Eat it; it’s delicious!
