Today I wanted to cover some of the different aspects of the Office Depot Work Life Rewards Program and how you can use this program to get Free School & Office Supplies as well as save on Printer Ink and Paper.

Office Depot has a program called Worklife Rewards. It’s free to join and the program offers you 10% back on Ink, Toner, Paper and Copy & Print Services.
There is a Minimum of $10 in Rewards required per quarter to receive your rewards.
Once you sign up online you can either give your Phone Number associated with your Work Life Rewards Account or have your card Scanned at checkout. This is how your purchases are tracked for your rewards. You can log in and view all earned rewards as well as print your rewards certificates online.
Frequently Office Depot offers 100% Back in Rewards on Select Items. These items are advertised online and in your local Office Depot Flyer. When you purchase qualifying items and have your Office Depot Work Life Rewards Card scanned at checkout you will get credit in your account for the purchase price. NOTE: Office Depot DOES NOT give you credit for coupons or Rewards Spent, so you cannot roll rewards at Office Depot like you can at other stores. If you spend an Office Depot Coupon or Reward that will be deducted from the purchase price and you will only receive your out of pocket back in rewards, not the full purchase price. I like to spend my rewards on Non-Rewards Items so that I don’t run into any problems.
Here are 3 simple steps for using your Office Depot Work Life Rewards to get Free School Supplies and Office Supplies:
- Watch for 100% Back in Work Life Rewards Items.
- Purchase a minimum of $10 in 100% Rewards Items per quarter and Make sure you Scan your Card at Checkout
- At the end of the quarter log in to your My Work Life Rewards Account online and print your rewards
- Redeem Your Rewards in store.
