It’s the perfect combination of of cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Plus, if you aren’t grilling, you can still make these in the oven and just skip the grilling process (however, on-the-grill is my absolute favorite)!
My family LOVES these! We make them with steak, chicken, or other on-the-grill recipes. These are also a great addition to Hamburgers! We make this recipe at our family get-togethers and everyone really enjoys them. They are a huge hit and I can’t wait for you to try them!
Grilled Jalapeno Popper Bites Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
12 Jalapeno Peppers
1 8oz. Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
1 8 oz. Package of Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 16 oz. Package of Bacon
DIRECTIONS:
Slice Jalapenos in Half and Remove Seeds using a spoon.
In a small bowl combine Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Garlic Powder.
Spoon the Cream Cheese Mixture into the Jalapeno Halves.
Wrap Jalapenos with Bacon and Secure with a Toothpick.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or Cook on a Hot Grill for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from Heat and Serve Warm!
