This is the time of the year when we are hosting game day watch parties or a holiday celebration with our family. The holidays are the craziest time for our family. It’s full of activities and spending time with friends and family. This is the time I need quick and easy recipes that I can pull together in no time, and recipes that I know everyone will love. This is one of new favorite go-to recipes for parties, and I hope you enjoy it too!
Easy appetizers are my favorite because it gives our guests something to munch on before the meal, or perhaps we don’t even have a meal and just several finger foods to choose from! It’s amazing how much your guests appreciate a little snack to munch on – and let’s face it, dips are ALWAYS a favorite!
No matter the occasion, I know that this corn dip recipe is going to be a HUGE hit!

It’s SO easy! Your guests will be begging you for this recipe! It’s up to you if you want to share or keep it as our little secret ;)!
Creamy Jalapeño Corn Dip Recipe
3 Cans of Whole Kernel Corn Drained and Rinsed
2 Large Jalapenos Seeded and diced small
1 small Yellow Onion Diced
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 ½ Cups of Pepper Jack Cheese
¼ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
8 Ounces of Cream Cheese, Diced
Parmesan Cheese & Green Onions for Topping
In a slow cooker combine Corn, Jalapenos, Onion, Sour Cream, Pepper Jack Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Salt and Pepper.
Cover and cook on Low for 2-3 hours
Slowly stir in cream cheese and cover for an additional 15-30 minutes
Top with Parmesan Cheese, or Green Onions and Serve Warm!
