A fairy garden is a little garden that you make in a jar or pot that mimics the style of fairies home. You will add moss, twinkle lights and more. It is a fun little DIY project for little girls who like fairies.
Tools Needed For Fairy Garden
- Jar
- Battery operated fairy lights
- Copper crafting wire
- Needle nose pliers
- Miniature fairy
- Moss
- Small rocks
- Other décor per preference (I used mushrooms)
Some of these supplies you might be able to find around your house or yard. I went outside and found the rock to use, I just washed it up, let it dry and then used it in my jar. You can also find other filler items to place in your jar.
What Size of Jar Do I Need For A Fairy Garden
You are welcome to buy any size jar. Now, just remember if you use a smaller jar all your items you place in the jar need to be smaller in size. So think of proportions when buying or rounding up all the supplies you need.
