I love Soft Scrub. It seems to clean certain things for me better than any other product out there. Especially my kitchen sink. There are two ingredients that you can use to make a DIY Soft Scrub that is just as good as what you can buy. Plus it is more economical unless you find a REALLY good sale. :)
What you Need:
Baking Soda
Castile Soap
WaterWhat to Do:
Mix 3/4 cup Baking Soap and 1/4 cup Castile Soap (like Dr Bronners) with a couple tablespoons of water. Should form a paste like mixture.
Funnel into an old squeeze bottle, like an old Soft Scrub bottle or dishwashing liquid bottle.
Use to clean anything you would use Soft Scrub on.
This was easy to do and worked like a charm. I would recommend not making a TON of this but just making a batch big enough to last 2-3 weeks. Maybe a month. It doesn’t loose it’s effectiveness as much as it sometimes can dry up or get clumpy, making it hard to get through the squeeze bottle.
