25 Elf on the Shelf Ideas That Won’t Stress You Out!
Wizard of Oz Elf – Pull out your Wizard of Oz Story Book or Wizard of Oz Movie and set your Elf up to follow the Yellow Brick Road all day long! You would even read the story or watch the movie at the end of the day as a special surprise for your kids! This elf is reading the Wizzard of Oz on the toilet in the bathroom!
Duct Tape Elf – Now days you can get Awesome Duct Tape Colors and Patterns. Choose a fun Duct Tape Pattern and set your Elf to work! You could even work on a Duct Tape Project with your kids at the end of the day! Another fun idea is to put your Elf in the Duct Tape Roll and Tape it on a wall or railing somewhere so that the Elf can “hand around” all day!
Toothpaste Elf – Toothpaste is something everyone has in their homes! This would be a great way for your kids to find their Elf in the morning! Plus, it would help encourage your kids to brush their teeth! Keep in mind that you could use any kind of toothpaste or use an empty toothpaste tube wrapped around the Elf!
Hair Curler Elf – If you have some little girls in your house, this would be a fun creative way to set up your Elf on a day you have to go to a Holiday Party or dress up for a special occasion! Get your girls to curl their hair to show the Elf how it’s really done!
Snow Fun Elf – Use this Elf Idea on a snowy day around your house! Just pour some sugar onto a plate or Christmas platter and have your Elf Play in the snow and make snow angels! Use marshmallows or Sugar Cubes to build a Snowman or Igloo for added effect!

Tangled in Lights Elf – Add this Holiday Decoration to your collection! Place your Tangled Elf under the Christmas Tree or on the Table for a fun center piece! This would be a fun day to take your kids driving around town to look at Christmas Lights in your local neighborhoods!
Tinsel Tangled Elf – Looks like your Elf is in a bind!! Wrap your Elf in Tinsel and play Hide-and-Seek! Fish Bowl Elf – Apparently your Elf likes to help take care of the Animals. Maybe you found him in (or near) the fishbowl, or perhaps by the dog’s food bowl. He’s trying to be helpful, but let’s hope he doesn’t become the dog’s next meal.

Tootsie Pop Elf – How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll Center of a Tootsie Pop? I don’t know, let your elf help count and leave a few extras laying around for kids that have been nice.
Workout Elf – After all that Thanksgiving Turkey and Feast your elf will need a workout. Just use a small piece of Felt or ribbon to create a workout band and a Toothpick with 2 large marshmallows for the weights.
Marshmallow Message Elf – You can have a lot of fun with this one, Use Miniature Marshmallows to leave a note from your elf. You can spell out your child’s name or a message from Santa.
