Did you own an iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus or SE devices that operated with iOS 10.2.1 or later before December 21, 2017? You may qualify if you owned an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus device that used iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017. If you meet those qualifications then you may be able to get $25 check per eligible devices! You will need to fill out this form by October 6, 2020. You will need the serial number from the device. You can find your Serial Number on your iPhone in Settings > General > About. If you no longer have your iPhone, you can check the barcode on your device’s original packaging or refer to the original receipt or invoice. If you do not know the serial number then you can try the Search Tool here!
This settlement is due to Apple allegedly slowing down devices through updates. This would be done to encourage users to purchase a new device. Apple has denied any wrongdoing.
