You all know that I am all about simplifying my life, so finding quick and easy meal ideas is a must. However, sometimes we like to branch out a little and cook something different from our normal rotation!
We are LOVING this Parmesan Pan Fried Chicken, and I hope you do too!
There are so many ways to create a meal around this chicken. You can make corn on the grill or in the crockpot, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, or steamed veggies! You could also cut the chicken up and add it to a healthy salad!
Plus, if you are cooking for guests, throw this over some pasta and put some marinara sauce on top for a Chicken Parm! Mmm!!
Parmesan Pan Fried Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 Lbs. of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast in Small Pieces
1 Stick of Butter (divided in half)
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup. Flour
DIRECTIONS:
In a small Bowl Melt 1/2 of Butter.
In another bowl mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, and flour.
Dip Chicken in Butter Mixture, then in bread crumbs, place chicken on a separate plate or pan until it’s all coated.
In a skillet melt 1 tbsp of butter and place 4-5 pieces of chicken in the pan and cook around 5 minutes on each side until breading is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
Top Chicken with additional Parmesan cheese.
