How to Make a Patriotic Pinwheel Wreath
Such a cute and festive idea. You could have your kids help you or just use this as a fun DIY on your own, too!
Supplies for a Red, White and Blue Pinwheel Wreath
- Wreath Form – I used a floral foam one.
- Hot Glue
- Pinwheels – The number of pinwheels you need will depend on the size of your pinwheels and also the size of the wreath form you use in your project.
Instructions for a DIY Pinwheel Wreath
First, remove the pinwheels from the sticks. On mine, it was as easy as pulling them gently apart. The pinwheel ends came off very easily! Next, glue the pinwheels onto the wreath form with hot glue. Nestle each pinwheel end in with each other so you can cover up the wreath form. You’ll need to gently press each pinwheel down against the wreath form for a few seconds as the hot glue cools. Lastly, tie on a string so you can hang it on the wreath hook on your door.
