Best Thick Paper for The Valentines Day Treat Boxes

If you use a thin sheet of paper, your Valentines Day Treat Box will not hold up. You need to reach for a thicker style paper so that as you cut and fold it holds the shape.

Cardstock

Ideally, you want to reach for a cardstock, as it offers a medium weight. Most printers can handle the card stock with ease, and you get that stand up the box you want.

You can find cardstock in a variety of colors and even textures. I reach for a plain white for this craft, as you print on the cardstock you get your design like pictured below.

How To Make Valentines Day Treat Boxes

1. Start by printing out your design on a thicker cardstock.
2. Then follow the instructions on the paper and cut on the edges of the design.
3. Fold towards the unprinted side on all the lines. This will begin to give you the box shape.
4. Next, grab the double sided tape, or glue and seal the flaps together, so your box is strong and holds up.
