One thing I love about Airbnb is, once you become a part of their community they provide a way to communicate with potential guests. You will want to be sure to be proactive in responding to any communication requests you receive from potential guests.
1.) People looking for a place to stay will search their area, price, size, etc and if they come across your place and like it, they will contact you through the Airbnb site.
2.) You can message guests online or through the Airbnb app to set up the listing for the guests.
What Type of Host Do you Want to Be
What type of person are you? Do you like to meet new people and show them around? Do you live where your listing is located? Maybe you’re more of a hands off type of person and don’t even live where your listing is located. Be sure you know your plan and have a way to communicate with your guests whether its in-person or with a contact number when they arrive to stay at your listing.
1.) Do you want to be hands off by leaving the keycode and just let the guest arrive and leave as they please?
2.) Perhaps you want to be more hands on by greeting the guest, showing them around, leaving a key and providing breakfast.
3.) Will you provide all linens and toiletries? Will you clean the place? These are choices you get to make!

2.) Airbnb pays you Paypal, Direct Deposit, or International Wire Transfer. Once the guest checks in, you receive payment 24 hours later. Super Easy!
3.) Listing your property is completely free; Airbnb will charge you 3% on each reservation.
