S’Mores are one of my favorite fall treats, but this S’Mores Popcorn has no campfire required! I like making fun treats like these every now and then for m kiddos as an after school snack. This recipe is so easy that literally anyone could make it! How to Make S’Mores Popcorn
I love a good s’mores recipe and this one is SO easy with only a handful of ingredients!
Ingredients for Marshmallow, Graham, and Chocolate Popcorn
- Popcorn
- Butter
- Mini Marshmallows
- Golden Grahams
- Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions for S’Mores Popcorn
Melt butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl in 30-second increments. After the butter is melted, add marshmallows and stir well. Microwave the marshmallow mixture in 30-second increments, stirring in-between each, until marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour in popcorn and mix well. Quickly spread the warm popcorn mixture on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick spray. Quickly sprinkle the Golden Grahams on top of the popcorn and gently press them against the gooey popcorn so they stick. Lastly, sprinkle on the mini chocolate chips while the popcorn mixture is still warm so they’ll stick.
Let the S’Mores Popcorn cool completely and break apart. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
What are good flavorings for popcorn?
In addition to this S’Mores Popcorn, you could instead use cinnamon, garlic, chili powder, or even italian seasoning! Some people I know like to drizzle a bit of soy sauce on popcorn, too.

S'Mores Popcorn
This S'Mores Popcorn Snack is salty sweet with marshmallow-covered popcorn, graham cereal, and mini chocolate chips sprinkled throughout!
