How to Make
Full directions for the turkey tray are in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post. This is just a visual way to see how to assemble your veggie tray.
Start by grabbing a large plate. Then place a row of carrots around the edge, and a bowl with your dip in the center front. Now, if you want to do different veggies, go right ahead.
Next, do a row of cucumbers, then do some mini bell peppers. I did thin sliced cucumbers which you can slice your veggies with a vegetable slicer so you get even cuts.
Next, place some broccoli around the bottom of the tray. Then slice a red pepper in half, and then use the bottom as the face of the Turkey. Toss in some snap peas or other veggies to fill in space.
Add in some legs with carrots, a bottom part of a orange pepper for nose, and two candy eyes. To get the eyes and nose to stock you can use some of the dip if you would like.
Storing Vegetable Tray
To store your vegetable tray, just cover well with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Then remove the tray and enjoy!
Can I Use Different Veggies
Absolutely! Feel free to use any veggies you have or enjoy eating. Even thin sliced radishes, green onions, pickles, and more would be a great option. Get creative and add as much or as little as you would like.
