This 4 Ingredient Caesar Chicken has been my family’s absolute favorite way for me to cook chicken lately! The best part is that it’s SO simple! Scroll down to the recipe to see how to get the nice golden color on top!
How to Bake 4 Ingredient Caesar Chicken
I love a quick dinner recipe idea, and this one certainly fits the bill! With only 4 ingredients, it’s easy to make, too!
Ingredients for Baked Caesar Chicken
- Chicken Breasts
- Caesar Dressing – You can purchase it at the store or make homemade. Here’s my FAVORITE homemade Caesar dressing recipe!
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Grated Parmesan Cheese – If you want it grated fresh you can absolutely do that, but I just used the kind in the shaker and that worked perfectly!
Instructions for 4 Ingredient Baked Caesar Chicken
First, preheat your oven to 375°F and spray the inside of a baking dish with nonstick spray. Sprinkle each piece of chicken (both sides) with 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and all of the freshly ground black pepper, and place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the Caesar dressing over the chicken and then sprinkle on the remaining 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Place the prepared chicken in the oven and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of a piece of chicken reads 150°F. (Don’t worry, you’re not done cooking it, yet!)
Next, turn the oven to broil and broil the chicken an additional 2-4 minutes, or until the chicken begins to turn golden. When broiling, whatever you’re cooking can go from perfect to burned very quickly, so stand right next to the oven and watch it carefully. When done broiling, a meat thermometer should read 165°F when stuck into the thickest part of the middle piece of chicken.
Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
And that’s all! Honestly, you could even make this same recipe but with pork chops, too, if you adjusted the cooking time. I can’t wait for you to try this healthy easy dinner!
