How to Make 5 Ingredient Christmas Pinwheels

Ingredients for Red and Green Pinwheels
- Spinach tortillas
- Cream cheese, softened
- Dried cranberries
- Green onions, diced
- Feta chees
- Rosemary for garnish, if desired – This is totally optional, but I always to garnish appetizers so they’re pretty!
Instructions for Christmas Pinwheels
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dried cranberries, scallions, and Feta. Gently fold ingredients together until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto a tortilla, leaving 1/8 inch of tortilla around the outside edge.
Tightly roll up the tortilla Cut the tortilla into 6-10 even pinwheel circles.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary on top of each pinwheel, if desired.
Repeat this process with the other tortillas, until the cream cheese mixture is gone. The number of pinwheels you have will depend on the size and type of tortillas you use, as well as how thick you spread the cream cheese mixture.
