Ingredients for Easy Christmas Salsa
- Pomegranate arils
- Red onion, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Jalapeño, minced
- Lime juice, fresh
- Honey
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions for Red and Green Christmas Salsa
In a medium mixing bowl, combine pomegranate arils, jalapeno, onion, and cilantro. Stir together.
Next, in a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, and lime juice. Pour over the salsa mixture and stir well incorporate evenly.
You may serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator, if you prefer. It may also be made ahead and stored in an air-tight, covered container in the fridge for up to two days.
