How To Make Easter Cheesecake Eggs
Full directions are in the printable recipe below. This is a visual walk-through to help you learn how to make these eggs for your family or friends.
Step One: Melt down your chocolate and then use a little chocolate in each of the egg molds. You will do this to create a layered chocolate egg shell. You will freeze for a short bit, and then repeat with another coat of chocolate.
Step Two: Once the chocolate is set you can carefully remove the chocolate from the egg silicone molds. Then place them on the counter and set aside.
Step Three: In a bowl mix up your cheesecake filling and then you will either spoon it into the eggs, or you can pipe it in with a large tip.
Step Four: Next, top with candies, sprinkles or decorate as you would like.
Topping Ideas For The Cheesecake Easter Eggs

Helpful Tips For Success
Make sure to do thin layers of the chocolate, let it set up fully, then add another layer. This will help ensure it won’t crack or break as easily when you remove from the silicone mold.
Now I used candy melts as it sets up nice and hard. But you are more than welcome to use chocolate that you temper. Feel free to use any flavor of chocolate as well. White chocolate, milk or dark chocolate all work.
