How to Make Christmas Cookie Cutter Pizzas
It’s super easy to make these cute holiday pizzas! In fact, you only need a few simple ingredients:
- Premade pizza dough
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Toppings of Your Choice
- Of course, don’t forget the Christmas cookie cutters!
First, roll out the pizza dough and cut out with cookie cutters.
Top your Christmas Cookie Cutter Pizzas with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and whatever pizza toppings you prefer. We chose black olives and pepperoni.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 12-16 minutes, depending on the size of your cookie cutters and the thickness of your pizza dough. Serve immediately. If you’d like, you can serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping! My kids LOVE making and decorating these mini holiday pizzas! It’s always so hard to wait for them to bake. Ha!
What kind of dough do I use for Christmas Cookie Cutter Pizzas?
I have seen some appetizers use puff pastry dough, but for mini pizzas, just the premade refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough is fine! It’s so easy to unroll and cut out.
