1 lb. 14 Oz. Bag of Shredded Hash Browns Thawed
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 16 oz. Container of Sour Cream
1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese for topping

Pour into a Baking Dish or Cast Iron Skillet and Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 Minutes
Stir and Mix Well thenTop with Remaining Cheddar Cheese

- Return to Oven for 10-15 Minutes.
