There is just something about crockpot recipes that makes dinner seem doable and so easy. Maybe it’s because you can get it started in the afternoon or at lunch before you are just exhausted from the day and not wanting to cook dinner. It does the cooking for you and is super easy to clean up.
I love crockpot meals and recipes because it gives me more time with my family. When my kids come home from school it’s not about rushing around to get dinner ready, we can actually enjoy our time, or after school activities, and still come home to a home cooked meal so that we can skip the drive-thru!
Let me know how your family likes this recipe! I can’t wait to hear from you!
Made the tortellini soup this evening, and the thought of a pasta soup kids were already moaning and complaining. First bite, and they couldn’t put the spoon down. They repeated 3 times! My kids are 12, 6 and 5, its definitely a hit and will make again. Thank you!!!
When you add the 3 cans of whole tomatoes do you drain them? Thanks!
No you can leave the juice in there! I hope you enjoy the recipe!
