Okay, these Ferrero Rocher Candy Turkeys are the CUTEST!! I love a little DIY project, and this would be such a fun activity for your kids. These turkeys would also be adorable to make for the kids table at Thanksgiving. Thankfully, this project is relatively simple and not too tedious, because we have a LOT of cousins in our extended family. Ha!
How to Make Ferrero Rocher Candy Turkeys
Such a cute and easy project for Thanksgiving! You only need a few supplies:
Supplies for Ferrero Roche Candy Turkeys
- Ferrero Rocher Chocolates
- Gold pipe cleaners (Or chenille stems, depending on what you call them!)
- Red pipe cleaners
- Hot Glue
Instructions for Thanksgiving Candy Turkeys
Fold back the brown paper on the candy, making sure to leave it attached. This will be back feathers of the Ferrero Roche Candy Turkeys. If you’d like, remove the sticker completely or gently take it off and put it on the top of the turkey so it will still have the trademark Ferrero Rocher look! Whatever look you prefer is ok!
Next, cut the gold chenille stem into 3″ sections. Twirl one end several times to form a flat circle which will form the turkey head. Cut the red chenille stem (or pipe cleaner!) into 1/2 inch sections. Fold it in half and loop onto the bottom of the turkey head to form the wattle . (You won’t need to glue it. It will stay!)
Lastly, glue the pipe cleaner onto the chocolate. And that’s it! A super cute and easy DIY Thanksgiving craft idea! I can’t wait to make more of these Ferrero Roche Candy Turkeys. They’re just so easy!
