How many people does this recipe serve?
Could I cook it on low instead? Eight hours on high while I’m not home makes me a bit nervous.
Everything is Pre-Cooked so it doesn’t matter too much, the reason you want to cook on High is to get rid of the extra moisture from the tomatoes, etc. I would say you need to cook around 12 hours on low, but I would recommend cooking on high even if you cook longer than 8 hours, it should still be great!
