This Instant Pot Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Recipe is one of our FAVORITE Dinner Recipes! I know you and your family will love it because my kids sure do! Plus, you can throw it all together in no time! It’s SO easy! I have come to love Instant Pot cooking and all of the freedom that it gives me in my kitchen. I save so much time (and money) without having to sacrifice time with my family!

When I plan my meals for the week I always think about what activities we have going on that week. If it’s a night we have a bunch of after school activities, I might just do a freezer meal and set my oven to turn on and cook at the proper time so that it’s ready when we get home for the night.
If I’m going to be home in the afternoon, I may go for an Instant Pot Recipe because I know it’s going to be so easy and ready in no time – plus, by the time it’s ready I can throw a side or two together and we will be ready to eat!
Instant Pot Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
12 Ounces Frozen Broccoli
3 Cups Elbow Macaroni
16 Ounces Velveeta
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 lb. Raw Chicken Tenders (cut into bite size pieces
1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
2 Cups 2% Milk
¼ Cup Mixed Shredded Cheese
2 Ounces Butter
4 Cups Water
DIRECTIONS
- In Instant pot combine: raw chicken, broccoli, macaroni, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and water.
- Set outside timer.
- Steam for 7 minutes.
- Pasta, broccoli and chicken will be fully cooked before instant pot reaches maximum temperature.
- Vent steam.
- Turn off. Drain excess water.
- Place chicken, broccoli, and pasta back into the Instant Pot.
- Press sauté function.
- Add Velveeta, milk, and butter.
- Mix.
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Top with shredded mixed cheese.

Are you supposed to add the raw chicken in step 1?
