Lucky Charms Magic Cookie Bars are SO easy to make, yet are incredibly festive looking for all your St. Patrick’s Day parties! The Lucky Charms marshmallows on top are my kid’s favorite part! These cookie bars would be perfect for a surprise snack after school or even as a dessert after a family dinner. How to Make Lucky Charms Magic Cookie Bars
I love that these are both delicious, yet only require a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients for St. Patrick’s Day Magic Cookie Bars
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Butter, melted
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Lucky Charms cereal
- Mini marshmallows
- White chocolate chips – You could substitute milk chocolate chips, if you prefer. But, I really like how the white chocolate chips look with the colorful marshmallows.
- Coconut
Instructions for Magic Cookie Bars
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9×9 baking pan.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust and spread evenly to cover.
Next, sprinkle on miniature marshmallows and Lucky Charms.
After that, add the white chocolate chips and coconut, in that order.
Top with additional Lucky Charms Marshmallows, if you’d like, for added color.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
