These Shamrock M&M Brownie Bites are easy to make and so festive for St. Patrick’s Day! The M&M’s on top are a quick and cute way to perfectly make a shamrock without piping on frosting, which I love!
How to Make Shamrock M&M Brownie Bites
You only need a few basic ingredients for this idea, and you truly can make it as homemade as you’d like! To save some time, feel free to purchase premade frosting and premade brownie bites, as well!
Ingredients for M&M Shamrock Brownie Bites
- Brownie Mix – Or, you could make homemade brownie bites or even premade brownie bites!
- Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
- Frosting – Again, you could buy premade frosting or make homemade frosting.
- Green M&Ms – You’ll need four for each brownie bite.
- Green pull and peel licorice or green sour ropes cut to size. Any green gummy candy will do! This sour green apple candy I found would be perfect for you to use.
Instructions for Shamrock M&M Brownie Bites
First, combine all the ingredients according to the brownie mix manufacturer’s specifications. You could also bake your brownie bites from scratch or buy premade brownie bites from your local supercenter. After the brownie bites are cool, place frosting (premade or store bought) in a piping bag and pipe a circle of frosting on the top of each brownie bite.
Cut the green candy to a thin piece about 1/3″ long for each bite. I found the kitchen shears were the easiest way to do this! Next, place four M&M’s on each brownie bite to make a shamrock (or four-leaf clover, if you prefer to call it that). Add the stem, and you’re done! Aren’t they cute? I love no-fail dessert decorating ideas like this one.
