Best Way To Store Cookie Bars
You can keep these on the counter at room temperature for about 4-5 days, or you can opt to place them in the fridge. I find that leaving them on the counter will give you a softer cookie texture.
Can You Freeze This Monster Bar Recipe
Yes. These monster bars do freeze well. Just allow the cookie bar to cool after you remove it from the oven. Once it has cooled down, you can either slice or leave whole. Then place in an airtight container or freezer bag. Then store in the freezer up to three months.
I recommend thawing your monster cookie bars on the counter or in the fridge. Then serve and enjoy.
