- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Pumpkin Pie Filling
- Vanilla Pudding – You could also try using butterscotch pudding, too, though I think my kiddos would prefer vanilla.
- Canned Whipped Cream – I use the Reddi-Whip brand. However, you could also use whipped topping like Cool Whip, too!
- Pumpkin Pie Spice – You can sprinkle it on top of the whipped cream for garnish, but it’s totally optional.

First, layer the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a small clear cup. Next, add a layer of vanilla pudding. After that, place a layer of pumpkin pie filling on top of the pudding.
Lastly, add a dab of whipped topping or canned whipped cream. Optional: Sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.

The difference between pumpkin pie filling and canned pumpkin is this: The canned pumpkin has no spices in it. It is literally just canned pumpkin. Canned pumpkin pie filling (sometimes called pumpkin pie mix on the can) already has the spices mixed into the pumpkin.

This Pumpkin Pie in a Cup for Kids includes delicious layers of graham, vanilla pudding, and pumpkin pie! Much easier to eat and portable to eat on the go, too!
Ingredients
- 12 TBSP Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 cups Vanilla Pudding
- 3 cups Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 6 TBSP Whipped Topping, if desired
- Pumpkin Pie Spice for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Place 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of 6 small clear cups and press down gently.
- Scoop 1/2 cup vanilla pudding and smooth out over the graham cracker crumbs.
- Scoop 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filing into each cup and smooth out over the vanilla pudding.
- If desired, dallop 2 TBSP of whipped topping on top of each pumpkin pie filling layer.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
