Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 (2lb) pork roast
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (Any Brand)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place Oil in the bottom of the Slow Cooker.
2. Place Pork Roast on top of the oil and slowly pour the Chicken Broth, BBQ Sauce, Vinegar, and Worchestershire Sauce over the Pork Roast. Make sure you cover the entire roast so it’s all wet.
3. Combine Chili Powder, Brown Sugar and Black Pepper in a Mixing Bowl then Rub all over the Pork Roast.
4. Set the Crockpot to High and Cook 6 Hours.
5. Using 2 forks shred the Pork and Mix into the sauce.
6. Serve on Toasted Buns or Texas Toast.
