Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Onion
2 Tbsp. Flour
3 Cans of Chicken Broth
4 Cups Skim Milk
1 Cup Salsa
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Cans of Beans
1 Can of Corn
1 Package Fajita Seasoning
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tsp. Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in a Large Pot
Saute Onion in Pot with Butter
Add flour and stir until Brown (About 1 minute) – This creates a Rue for Thickening
Slowly add in Chicken Broth
Add in all other ingredients and simmer for 30 Minutes
