- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 Tilapia Filets (About 4-6 oz. each)
- 1 Whole Fresh Lemon
How To Make Baked Tilapia
- Line a Baking Sheet with Foil and place Olive Oil on the pan.
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
- In a Bowl mix together Parmesan, Paprika, Parsley, Salt.
- Place Both Sides of the Tilapia Filets in the Olive Oil on the Pan to coat gently.
- Place Tilapia in Cheese Mixture and gently press cheese into Fish.
- Line Baking Sheet with Fish and Bake 10-12 Minutes until fish is completely cooked. Serve with Lemon Slices or Wedges.
