I am all about a recipe that’s both cute AND easy, and these 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Bites are each of those things! I love little bites like this, because they’re perfect to have a taste of a sweet treat. They’re also a fantastic size for the younger kiddos. AND, you can package a few of them up as a little gift. So adorable, right?
How to Make 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Bites
Of course there are only two ingredients, but scroll down for how to heat up the chocolate so it won’t get ruined. It seems like white chocolate burns easier than milk or dark chocolate.
Ingredients for Easy Strawberry Fudge
- White Chocolate Chips – Any brand is ok! I used Nestle from my local supermarket.
- Canned Strawberry Frosting – I have not tried this recipe with homemade frosting, but the canned frosting is perfect for what we’re doing.
Instructions for Easy Strawberry Fudge Bites
First, place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Repeat this process until completely melted.
Next, microwave the frosting in the container for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Stir well to eliminate lumps and distribute the heat.
Combine the melted chocolate with the melted frosting and whisk together. Pour your fudge mixture into a lined 8×8 pan and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until completely firm.
Lastly, cut out with a mini heart cookie cutter. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
