First, combine cream cheese, lime juice and zest, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on high for two minutes.
Next, add the heavy whipping cream and mix on medium for one minute.. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with Nila Wafers, fruit, or graham crackers for dipping.
