One Pan Roasted Chicken Recipe
4 Large Chicken Breasts (aprox. 2 lbs.), Thawed or Fresh
10-12 Small Red Potatoes or Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 Package Frozen Green Beans
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
4 tsp. Fresh Thyme
4 tsp. Fresh Rosemary
Place Chicken Breast on one side of a Large Baking Dish or deep Cookie Sheet
Slice Potatoes into Quarters and place in the Middle of the pan
Place Green Beans on the opposite end of the pan
Sprinkle Potatoes and Green Beans with Olive Oil and Toss to coat
Sprinkle Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans with Minced Garlic, Salt & Pepper
Top Chicken and Potatoes with Rosemary Leaves and Thyme
Bake in the Oven for 45-50 Minutes until Chicken is cooked at 350 Degrees
Turn Green Beans and Potatoes every 15-20 minutes
