Ingredients
- 4 Large Chicken Breasts (aprox. 2 lbs.), Thawed or Fresh
- 10-12 Small Red Potatoes or Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 Package Frozen Green Beans
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 tsp. Fresh Thyme
- 4 tsp. Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Place Chicken Breast on one side of a Large Baking Dish or deep Cookie Sheet
- Slice Potatoes into Quarters and place in the Middle of the pan
- Place Green Beans on the opposite end of the pan
- Sprinkle Potatoes and Green Beans with Olive Oil and Toss to coat
- Sprinkle Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans with Minced Garlic, Salt & Pepper
- Top Chicken and Potatoes with Rosemary Leaves and Thyme
- Bake in the Oven for 45-50 Minutes until Chicken is cooked at 350 Degrees
- Turn Green Beans and Potatoes every 15-20 minutes
