I love making these Easy Keto Brownies when I’m looking for a low-carb dessert idea! They’re very rich, so I like to have a glass of almond milk when I treat myself to one of these! They’re so quick to make with only five ingredients and I usually already have everything I need already in my pantry.
How to Make Easy Keto Brownies

Easy Keto Brownies Ingredients
Almond Butter – You could use peanut butter, but the almond butter is a lower carb option which my family loves!
Swerve Confectioners Sugar – Another option for your Easy Keto Brownies is powdered erythritol. You could use any keto-friendly sweetener really!
Eggs – The eggs really bind everything together! If you’d like more of a cakey texture, you could use three eggs, instead of two, but I have not personally tried that option!
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – This is what makes the Easy Keto Brownies so chocolatey! I love using unsweetened cocoa powder because it is a low-carb option to normal chocolate. (You just have to sweeten it with a low-carb sweetener, as it’s very bitter on its own, of course!)
Baking Powder – This makes the brownies rise, of course!
Step by Step Instructions for Easy Keto Brownies
First before you begin mixing up your Easy Keto Brownies, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. In a small mixing bowl, mix together almond butter and erythritol with a hand mixer on high for one minute. Add the eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well on medium until completely blended together.
Doesn’t that batter look delicious?! Spoon the batter for your Easy Keto Brownies into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan. Smooth with a spatula. Bake for 12 minutes at 325°F, or until brownies begin to pull away from the side of the pan.
Please know that these Easy Keto Brownies will shrink considerably while baking! This is normal and expected due to the ingredients used. So, don’t be alarmed when it happens to you!

Easy Keto Brownies
These Easy Keto Brownies are a decadent and delicious low-carb dessert option! With only 5 ingredients, they can be made in a snap!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup Swerve Confectioners or ¾ cup powdered erythritol
- 3 large eggs
- 10 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
